Nate, originally from Adelaide in South Australia, first came to know Jenee, a Texas gal from Dallas Fort Worth, over the internet thanks to the advent of instant messaging. It was 4 year before we had the opportunity to meet face to face and when we did we both knew there was something special there. A two more international visits and 1 year after that first meet, Nate moved to Florida to start his Post-Doc and Jenee joined him after they were married in November 2007.
And Then There Were Three
In October, 2009 we found out that Jenee was pregnant with our first born, a baby girl! Jolie Adelaide was born at 11:08pm on the 27th of June 2010. She was 7 lb 2oz (3.23 kg) and 20" long (50.4 cm). Jolie means joy and is French in origin. Adelaide is Germanic and means noble and kind.
A Little More About Us
We also have two cats, Sable and Marble, who were both rescues. Their antics at home keep us well entertained, are much loved and frequent these pages. Nate has a passion for photography, Audio, DIY projects and mountain biking. Jenee is a talented quilter, scrapbook queen and snowboarder. We love the beach, the mountains, everything in between. Our God is an amazing creator and we love to see His work.
